HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
For shirts, a tracking number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. You can check if your shirts have been shipped by entering your order information on the Track Order page. For other merchandise, you will receive an email once your items have been shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We are currently shipping world-wide.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING AND PRINTING TAKE?
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (Mug etc.) products after purchase. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
For apparels: US delivery usually takes about 3-7 business days; International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days but can take longer from time to time.
For watches: US delivery usually takes about 10-30 business days; International delivery usually takes about 15–45 business days but can take longer from time to time.
WHO PAYS THE CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES?
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
I'VE ONLY RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER! WHERE ARE THE REST?
Since we ship our items from multiple warehouses you might receive some of the items separately. So if you've only received a part of the order there's no reason to worry, the rest of the items are on their way.
I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org , we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order. Since every shirt/watch is custom made for our customers, if your order has already entered the processing process, we won't be able to change the size or variant. The same goes for changing the shipping address if the product was already shipped.
I'AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRINTING QUALITY! WHAT CAN I DO?
We're sorry for any inconvenience. For receiving flawed item or wrong item, we will replace a new one to you free of charge.
